The equipment adopts 36-stage traction variable speed gear box, dual active and dual traction devices. The splitter wheel uses natural splitting to avoid the wire core grazing during the stranding process. It is equipped with a complete disconnection automatic stop device, and the disconnection stop is directly controlled To each pay-off reel, the host will automatically stop immediately when the disconnected reel stops.
1. The reels are divided into four equal parts around the cage. The centralized side-mounted system can greatly improve efficiency, and the equipment has high power and high speed.
2. Driven by a 36-stage gearbox, the traction wheel of the double winch is suspended on the shaft. One wheel is straight and the other is inclined to ensure good care of the material to be pulled out. The maximum pulling force reaches 15T. Each reel is equipped with an advanced wire break detector, which can automatically stop the machine when the wire is broken.
